The Healing Cycle Ride is an annual event held by The Healing Cycle Foundation in support of hospice and palliative care organizations throughout Ontario. The Cycle for Bethell Hospice Team was comprised of many returning cyclists, including a strong contingent of cyclists from Meadowvale Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Centres. Special mention goes to Bethell Hospice volunteer, Duncan McCallum, who was the team’s top fundraiser, personally raising over $1000 in pledges. Altogether, the team raised $4,400 in support of the Hospice and had a great time on the route.
