We are seeking an Associate Director Fundraising, Bethell Hospice Foundation

Associate Director Fundraising, Bethell Hospice Foundation

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of direct fundraising experience in a wide range of areas with proven track record in achieving revenue targets
  • CFRE or in process (preferred but not essential)
  • Business experience
  • Thorough understanding of financial management
  • Proven Sales and Relationship building skills
  • Superior interpersonal and communications skill set
  • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Donor Data Bases, preferably Etapestry
  • Team member, experienced in successful staff and volunteer management
  • Donor centred
  • Community involvement – Dufferin County, Caledon, Brampton
  • Minimum undergraduate degree with a focus in Business, Marketing, or equivalent

Julie works Monday to Thursday, handling Foundation publications, advertising, promotions, public relations, media relations, website and social media management.  Julie is typically onsite at Bethell Hospice on Mondays and Thursdays.
